This blog is in connection with the US/Canada Citizens’ Summit for Sustainable Development. The Summit is organized by students, faculty and staff throughout Yale University, with input from the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies, the Citizens Network for Sustainable Development, We Canada, the Natural Resources Defense Council, SustainUS, and the Human Impact Institute. The Summit seeks to generate new knowledge, policy, and action for sustainability in the United States and Canada, and to foster coherent, effective advocacy in relation to the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development in Rio de Janeiro (also called Rio +20).
